NATO Phonetic Trainer — Android app (me.scheria.nato_phonetic_trainer)
Effective date: 19 October 2026
Summary
This app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is nothing to delete, export or opt out of, because nothing is gathered in the first place.
What the app does not do
- No account, sign-in or profile — the app opens straight to the alphabet.
- No personal data is collected: no name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, location, camera, microphone or files.
- No analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, no tracking scripts and no third-party SDKs.
- No network access at all: the reference content is bundled inside the app, so it works in airplane mode. The app declares no Android permissions.
- No data is sent to me or to anyone else — there is no server behind this app.
Information on your device
The app has nothing to remember yet. If a later version stores anything locally (for example a practice score), it stays on your device, is never uploaded, and can be removed by clearing the app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Any such change is described here before that version is published.
Children
The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and up. It collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever starts handling data, this page will be updated and the effective date above changed before the new version reaches Google Play. This page itself is served by GitHub Pages; that provider may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent) for its own infrastructure — that logging belongs to GitHub, not to this app, and the app never makes such requests.
